The chief designer and senior technical consultant of the company.
He has more than 17 years architectural experience, designing and documenting, commercial, industrial and residential projects. He has also conducted detailed site and office inspections, as well as undertaking site supervision roles.
He has been a Principal Architect and Job Manager within many Architectural group and a team player who consistently produces high quality precision drawings to accord with the client specific standards.
He graduated at Far Eastern University, Bachelor of Science in Architecture year 2000. An active member United Architects of the Philippines, Fort Bonifacio Chapter, 2002.
Raymond E. Moreno
Chief Executive Officer / Finance
A very promising General Contractor that has made mark on his contemporaries by being involved in various projects as 4-storey building at Matutum Street in Quezon City, numerous residential projects and was sub contracted by Multi Development Construction Corporation to do interior work finishes and designs at Okada Manila. His keen eyes when it comes to perfection details can be considered as one of the strengths.
Also, he has been a distributor of hardware and construction materials for five (5) years.
As a businessman, he attended multiple financial management training and seminars at Business Coach.
He studied at Far Eastern University and took up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Legal Management.
Sixto B. Oab Jr.
Senior Structural Engineer
He has more than twenty (20) years of extensive experience in the field of design and construction industry, specifically on residential, commercial & industrial buildings. He has been involved in the design of major projects both steel and concrete structures in the Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, Qatar and United Arab Emirates. Proficient in the use of Etabs V13 & V15, Staadpro V8.1, Safe 2014, PCA Programs, SAP2000, Prokon, Risa and Microsoft office. Checking and editing CAD drawings if necessary.
He graduated at Palawan State University and passed the Professional Licensure Examination for Civil Engineers on May 1996.

He has hands-on experience in electrical and auxiliary designing and installation. He has 12- years in experience of engineering environment and already experienced to lead and manage engineers and technicians to attain the organization goals and objectives.
Randolf Cervera, UAP
Junior Architect / Interior Designer
He had already worked with different professionals despite his young age. He was able to handle a wide range of projects, from residential houses to civic and healthcare facilities.
He graduated at University of the Philippines, Diliman and believes that a good design is not just aesthetically pleasing, but most importantly one which is responsive to the needs of the owner, is adaptive to the changing times, and is in harmony with the environment.
Leovigildo N. Ferrer Jr., Rme
Mechanical Engineer
He is a registered Mechanical Engineer with eighteen (18) years’ experience in the field of industrial plant construction, building construction and facilities management, electro-mechanical design, Water/ Waste Water Treatment Equipment, business development and inter-sectoral relationship management. He also worked as a volunteer to the Philippine Green Building Council. Formerly, the Inception Committee Chairman of the BERDE Green Building Rating System, he put together the framework of the rating system which was used for public comment and eventually released for piloting. On his personal capacity and advocacy, he also conducted various talks geared in energy, water and resource conservation. Currently, he is a director of his own renewable energy and water Treatment Company.
Ronald Henri Padilla, UAP
Architect / Master Plumber
A licensed Architect with more than 16 years of work experience particularly in the field of Architectural Design and Planning. He produces and prepares designs and architectural plans for a variety of building types. He also has experience in construction management on a number of projects including various flagship projects. He established his own company in the later month of 2010.
He is currently connected with iWolff Atelier (a company based in Melbourne Australia) as an Architect where he prepares Architectural plans for the documentation of Town Planning, Building Permit and Construction drawings. Projects involve master planning, residential, commercial & industrial, mixed-use & retail among others.
He was previously with CITEM (Center for International Trade Expositions and Mission) doing Retrofitting and Renovation works. His work involves project conceptualization, preparation of bidding documents and construction supervision. He is also assigned as the supervisor for the Maintenance staffs.

Have more than 30 years of career in Architectural Design and Project Management. 4 Years as a CAD Trainer. A hard working, able to multi-task effectively and he prepare work scheduling for a better project management.
He supervises, check and monitor all the projects under RMJE Construction Services Corporation. He also handles the quality control and assessment to make sure that the company meet the clients’ satisfaction.
